Promises

It's Thursday friends, so that means it's time to sing along at Scrap It With A Song. Our song this week is "American Girl" by Tom Petty. Well..I'm Canadian, so I thought this was going to be a tough challenge until I read the lyrics. They were so fitting for a layout of my daughter Nicole.

She is one brave young woman. She packed up and moved to a different city to follow her dreams. I'm a home body, so she is my inspiration to try and do new things. She is an amazing young woman. I stopped by ScrapFriends blog and of course there was the perfect sketch to follow for my layout, so this just came together nicely.
