Come Away With Me

Hey Everyone!! Last night I was on Pinterest browsing around and found a tutorial on You Tube by Pam Carriker. I'm trying to not only learn new techniques in my journal, but also have sayings or pages that mean something to me. For this one I asked my husband what color he wanted..he said blue, so I tried to make it look like ocean blue. I then took some of the memorabilia from our trip to Victoria and combined it into a page. The title comes from my favorite song "Come Away With Me", which I thought was fitting for the page. That adorable little couple in the corner is hubby and I, lol. This page gave me a few new techniques, but what is most important was it gave me the chance to put my memories into an art form.  ( Oh, and you can't see the patterned paper, because I didn't use any this time, lol). Keeping my promise!!! This is just too much fun. I can't wait to start on the next one.
