My 2018 Lent Journey Day 1 - 7

Good Morning! I just wanted to pop in today to share my Lent project for 2018. I have had the book "40 Days with the Holy Spirit"  on my desk for a few months now waiting for Lent to begin. It's not a Lent devotional, but it is a 40 day journey, and I've always wanted deepen my relationship with the Holy Spirit. In our Facebook group "Praise & Pray Bible Journaling" there are a few different books and plans our group is doing, so it's very enlightening to read all the journaling and see how everyone is documenting their Lent journey. I am also reading "Grace and Hope" which is a Lent devotional. Both books are bringing me such clarity and are preparing me for the Easter season so well.

On the art side of things, I made up a little "dori" with an insert from a Travelers Notebook and some scrapbook paper. I created a few sticker bundles for Lent to help us pretty up our pages. You can find those in our Etsy shop. I've included my pages for the first week of Lent. I love playing and mixing in embellies from several collections. Thanks so much for stopping by!
