Fall is Here - Scrap Our Stash Guest Designer

 Hi Everyone! Today I am a guest designer at Scrap Our Stash. I was so happy when they asked me to design a sketch and play along with their challenge. Scrap Our Stash Guest Design Layout

This layout is for my guest design team spot at Scrap Our Stash. I was so excited that they chose me! Yeah Me! lol. The challenge was to "take a leap". I took the "leap" and used red on a layout which I never do. I also took a "leap" and used a new paper line from Canvas Corp. Really cool paper! It was hard for me to use red. I misted, inked, misted again to find the right colours. Thanks do go out to Chris and Nicole for once again posing for mom. When we were visiting them they took us to zoo lights at the Calgary zoo. It was so beautiful and the photo opportunities were endless. It was funny, when I asked them to sit on the bench Chris sits down then says "Mom it's so cold, and it's sticky" lol. I just smiled and they knew there was no getting out of the shot! The things we do for the love of scrapbooking! Snuggle Season

My sister and I were out having a coffee and our daily scrap talk when she told me about the sketch at Creative Scrappers and told me I should enter. Then the conversation got on to how we stash our favourite papers and embellishments. I was holding onto this Bo Bunny, you know saving it for that "special" layout. My other issue was how everyone was in red and the new Bo Bunny line was in blues and browns. After a few more sips of coffee, the light bulb went on and I excitedly said "Sis...I could print my Christmas photos in sepia"... genius right? lol . Then I remembered that I was also on Scrap Our Stash where they are having a "New" challenge. Well...new paper, newly married couple...how am I doing so far? Well...coffee ended and it's 1:00 a.m. and I think it's time for bed! But wait Frosted Designs is also having a challenge that I'm off to enter. Ok...I'm really off to bed this time. Goodnight and sweet dreams!

Scrap Our Stash Guest Designer

I was so excited to see that I was one of the layouts chosen to be a Guest Design Team Member at Scrap Our Stash. How exciting was this to see first thing New Years Morning! Don't they say that the first thing you do on New Years you will do all year? I guess that means I'll be doing a lot of scrappin, lol. That's right no cleaning or cooking, errands or chores...just scrappin!  I'm so excited that I will be a guest designer in February! Happy New Years everyone!!!

I Love You in Any Language

Oh yes, another wedding layout, lol. I'm going to have an album done in no time thanks to Bo Bunny and all their challenges. When I found the sticker which says "I love you in any language" it was so fitting for this layout. Christopher's first language is Ukrainian, so when they got married Chris said his vows in his language and Nicole said hers in English. The whole mass was half in Ukrainian and half in English. Even though Nicole didn't understand much, she still knew that Christopher loved her. This layout was for the sketch challenge at Bo Bunny. Of course I have a huge stash of Enchanted and a huge pile of wedding photos, so this was an easy choice of what to use. Thank you Bo Bunny for helping get this wedding album done. I also entered this at  Scrap Our Stash which has a December challenge going on. ScrapFit also has a challenge which I entered about your favourite layout and this is definitely one of my fav's.Love it! Now I should start on the mini album for Nicole right? lol....you guessed it, all in the Enchanted line!
