Best Friends Layout and Tutorial - BoBunny

Best Friends Layout for BoBunny by Lynn Shokoples using the Beautiful Dreamer collection and Transparent Gel
Good Morning! Today I'm sharing a layout I did for BoBunny using the new Transparent Gel. I think it's possibly the best adhesive I had used. I did a tutorial on the BoBunny blog that goes into more detail if you want to check it out. I made some shabby flowers with the Decoupage Paper and the Gel. So fun!

I also used a strip of the Decoupage Paper to make a tucked border behind my Journal Cards.

The most fun.... using it to embellish right on the patterned paper!! It added dimension and some shine! It was such a fun product to play with. I know I will be using it again and again! Can't wait to try some other fun things with it.

Bible Journal Page - Mark 14:66

Mark 14:66 Bible Journal Page by Lynn Shokoples
Morning!!! Today's page is from the book of Mark. I've admired other artists renditions of this verse and had to give my hand a try at coloring this handsome rooster. This page was done with NeoColorII crayons and pencil crayons for shading. I love to challenge myself to try more intricate images. I found this one on google. It's amazing what you can find on google! Have a wonderful day everyone and an awesome weekend!

Jeremiah 30:2 Bible Journal Page

Morning! And a Happy Scrappy Tuesday! Just sharing another Bible Journal page, this one from Jeremiah. When I read this I knew I wanted to document this verse. I think it's important to keep a record of what words were spoken by Jesus. I am highlighting a lot in my bible these days. I want to document verses and words that speak to me. I think by the time I am done, the whole bible will be underlined. To read, to worship and to spend time with HIM. The image I used was found on google and then I added some of my own touches with watercolor pencils and pencil crayons.

1John 2:6 Bible Journal Page

1John 2:6 Bible Journal Page by Lynn Shokoples
Happy Monday Friends! How was the weekend? We were out at the cabin in the freezing cold, lol.. I couldn't believe it was actually snowing this morning! Come on Spring..you were here last week!!! Today I'm sharing a page from my Journaling Bible in the Book of 1John 2:6. To me this represents that we should walk as Jesus walked. Humble, loving and ready to help those in need. Life gets busy, we sometimes forget that we are here to learn how to be more "Jesus" like. It's not about rushing, it's about stopping.

Technique Thursday - Believe Bookmarks - BoBunny

Believe Bookmarks by Lynn Shokoples for BoBunny
Good Morning! Welcome to Technique Thursday on a Wednesday ( confusing right?) It's one day early because today I'm sharing some bookmarks that are on the BoBunny Facebook Page that I made using the Believe Collection. I recently received the new Inspire Bible and of course it needed some new bright and fun bookmarks! This was a fast and fun little project. I had strips of paper left over from my Believe Prayer Journal, so along with those and some of the Noteworthy pieces and the Amen stamps, this came together quite nicely. Love working with all those coordinating products. Below is the link to the video!!!

Morning! Hope your day is bright and sunny. Today I'm sharing some of my Devotional Art Cards I had made from the Book of Joshua and my Woman's Devotional Bible. It's very enlightening to go back and read your responses. So..that's all for today! I hope you all have a wonderful day and a beautiful week. Until next time...
